Your data is stored within the App's private storage on your mobile device. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be deleted unless your device's operating system performs a backup.

•Notifications: To send you reminders for your routines (if enabled).

•No Internet Required: The App does not require or use an internet connection.
